Male Ideal Evolves from Woodstock
ZI believe that "Woodstock" has a great impact on many role models, peers and family. Media also influences the "ideal" male and female roles as being slim, little-waisted, muscles/ being built, and of course lots of suffering and agony for the ideal media look. Men are continuosly facing the rough times that they have to consider. Not everyone was born with the perfect body. It not only takes diet, but exercise! Although pressure is given from the friends and family, but media aswell.

I agree with what you are saying completly. I would be repeating myself if I asked you to clarify so yeah, good pionts.
i completely agree that media plays a huge role in the way people look at their bodies. i also agree with the fact that it's not all about having a diet but about exercising
I agree with you. A lot of pressure is given by the media, friends and family. Not everybody is born too have the perfect body. The media shouldn't pressure us so much.
I know personally friends and family don't pressure me very much about the way I look. I feel the majority of pressure from media. It's like one day I am happy with my body and the way I and then the next day I feel differently. I blame all of the mixed messages we get it's like one day curvy is sexy and the next skinny is the only way to be. It's made people become so obsessed with their body image and it's sad. I just have to much to say about all of this haha. so i'll stop now :)
I like what you had to say, very true, we are so different but still the same looking for that perfect wave.
